关于 nn.kg 域名合规化管理及服务升级的公告

致所有用户：

为了保障 nn.kg 域名的安全性与品牌信誉，并为广大开发者提供更加稳定、纯净的技术环境，管理团队决定自即日起对域名分发系统进行全面升级与环境治理。

1. 官方运营主体及联系方式

2. 违规业务专项清理 管理团队将对现有子域名进行合规性审查。严禁利用子域名分发虚假教育资源（如教育邮箱、软件订阅等）、盗用第三方平台（如 Google, Microsoft）身份、或从事任何欺诈行为。一经发现，将立即永久封禁相关账号及子域名。

3. 开启人工审核模式 为了确保资源的有效利用，新子域名的申请流程将由“自动分发”升级为“人工审核”。申请人需提交真实的技术使用场景说明，严禁将资源用于任何灰色地带业务。

4. 强化滥用投诉处理机制 我们已在官网（https://www.idc.lc/）显著位置强化了“Report Abuse”举报入口。任何有关滥用的反馈，请统一发送至官方事务邮箱：support@idc.lc。我们承诺在收到有效举报后的 24 小时内完成核实并处理。

5. 社区共同维护 我们鼓励专业、理性的技术交流。任何在公共空间发表的激进或误导性言论均不代表官方立场。请各位用户与我们共同维护良好的社区声誉。

Announcement on Compliance Management and Service Upgrade for nn.kg Domain

To all users:

In order to safeguard the security and reputation of the nn.kg domain and to provide a more stable and clean technical environment for developers, the management team has decided to implement a comprehensive system upgrade and environment governance initiative starting today.

2. Cleanup of Non-compliant Services The management team will conduct compliance reviews of existing subdomains. It is strictly prohibited to use subdomains for distributing fraudulent educational resources (e.g., edu emails, software subscriptions), impersonating third-party platform identities (e.g., Google, Microsoft), or engaging in any fraudulent activities. Violators will have their accounts and subdomains permanently banned.

3. Transition to Manual Review Mode To ensure the effective allocation of resources, the application process for new subdomains will be upgraded from "automated distribution" to "manual review." Applicants must provide a description of a legitimate technical use case. Use of resources for any "grey area" business is strictly prohibited.

4. Strengthening the Abuse Reporting Mechanism We have enhanced the "Report Abuse" entry in a prominent position on our official website (https://www.idc.lc/). Any abuse-related feedback should be sent to the official email: support@idc.lc. We commit to verifying and taking action on valid reports within 24 hours of receipt.
