IDC.LC Anti-Spam and Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

1. Prohibition of Unsolicited Messaging: idc.lc strictly prohibits the use of our infrastructure, including all subdomains under nn.kg, for the dissemination of unsolicited bulk email (UBE), unsolicited commercial email (UCE), or any form of "spam" advertising.
2. Prohibited Advertising Methods: It is a violation of our terms to advertise any website hosted on our infrastructure via unsolicited messages sent from any network, provider, or affiliate.
3. Strict Enforcement: We maintain a zero-tolerance stance. Any subdomain identified as a destination for spam-advertised content will be suspended immediately. We do not provide "grace periods" for clear abuse of our DNS distribution service.
4. Proactive Management: Following a recent internal audit, we have already terminated 538 subdomains that failed to comply with these anti-spam standards.
5. Public Reporting: We maintain a public abuse reporting channel at https://www.idc.lc/news/abuse and monitor support@idc.lc 24/7 for third-party compliance notifications.
