You also agree not to:

• Systematically collect data or content from our services to create databases, directories, or compilations without prior written consent.
• Access or use the services in unauthorized ways, including collecting other users’ contact information for spam, or creating fake accounts through automated tools or false information.
• Interfere with the security features of the services, such as bypassing access restrictions or tampering with system functions.
• Engage in unauthorized framing, linking, or redirecting to our services that may mislead users.
• Misrepresent yourself or obtain sensitive account information (e.g., passwords) of others through deception.
• Abuse support services by submitting false reports, repeated trivial inquiries, or disruptive communications.
• Use automated scripts, robots, or data mining tools that burden our servers or disrupt normal service operation.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or overload our services or associated networks.
• Impersonate other users, organizations, or entities, or use inappropriate/violating usernames.
• Use the services to harass, harm, or threaten others, or distribute content that is abusive, defamatory, or discriminatory.
• Upload or transmit viruses, Trojan horses, spam, or other malicious content that impairs the use of our services or endangers other users’ devices.
• Use the services for illegal activities or in ways that violate public order and good customs.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate domains that violate these Terms of Service. Prohibited activities include (but are not limited to):

• Illegally circumventing system restrictions to register domains or create multiple accounts for abusive purposes.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration (including KYC procedures, if applicable).
• Engaging in illegal activities such as child exploitation, sexual assault, violence, or other acts that harm individuals or public safety.
• Conducting or facilitating criminal activities, including hacking, phishing, unauthorized data theft, or distribution of malicious software.
• Violating intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legitimate rights of third parties.
• Using the domain for spam distribution, harassment, or other behaviors that disrupt internet order.

CONSEQUENCES OF BREACHING THESE TERMS

We prioritize communication and fairness, and the following measures shall apply to breaches:

• We will make reasonable efforts to contact the domain owner via email (the one used for registration) to clarify issues before taking any restrictive actions (suspension/termination).
• Immediate suspension or termination of domains may be implemented only if the use of the domain poses an imminent threat to public safety, involves serious illegal activities, or causes significant harm to our services.
• Consequences for breaches will be based on the severity of the violation and user history:
• Minor or accidental breaches may result in a warning and opportunity to correct the issue.
• Serious or repeated breaches may lead to permanent suspension of the domain or account, with no right to appeal.
• We may notify relevant law enforcement authorities if the violation involves criminal activities.
• idc.Lc shall not be liable for any losses incurred by users due to measures taken in response to breaches of these Terms.

违反条款的后果

我们秉持沟通优先、公平公正的原则，对违规行为按以下规则处理：

• 采取限制措施（暂停 / 终止）前，我们会尽力通过注册邮箱联系域名所有者，核实并协商解决问题。
• 仅当域名使用存在紧急公共安全风险、涉及严重非法活动或对本服务造成重大损害时，才会立即暂停或终止域名。
• 违规后果将根据违规严重程度及用户历史记录判定：
• 轻微或偶然违规：给予警告并允许限期整改。
• 严重或重复违规：永久暂停域名或账户使用，且无申诉权利。
• 若违规行为涉嫌刑事犯罪，我们可能向相关执法部门举报。
• 对于因违规处理而给用户造成的损失，idc.Lc 不承担任何责任。
